Michele Berg
Lead Teacher
Ms. Michele Berg has been the lead teacher at Creative Co-Op since 1996. Before coming to our school she worked at St. Benedict's School in Waterford for 4 years in their Latch Key program. She has a degree in Early Childhood Development and is current with First Aid, CPR and OSHA training. Throughout the year, she and Ms. Jen attend conferences through the NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children). She has been married for 27 years and has two children, a daughter and a son, who have both attended the Creative Co-Op Preschool.
Jennifer Summers
Assistant Teacher
Ms. Jen Summers is the teaching assistant at Creative Co-Op. This will be her 17th year working beside Ms. Michele. She has worked in a variety of settings with young children in preschool and kindergarten; both in public and Montessori classrooms. She cannot imagine doing anything else! She is married to an incredibly supportive husband and is a mom to 2 girls. When she's not in the classroom she enjoys reading, shopping and doing fun things on the lake with her family.
